In-stock items will be shipped within 5-10 business days after order placement (excluding order date and holidays).
Customized & pre-order items require approximately 30 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Pre-order items do not accept rush orders or order reminders. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please note: If your order contains in-stock, customized, and pre-order items, shipment will be combined and sent only after all customized/pre-order items are ready.
*Special circumstances: Shipping schedules may be delayed due to specific events (e.g. pre-order campaigns or holiday).
During holidays, high order volumes, force majeure events, insufficient stock, or product defects, shipment may be delayed.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for selected products.
Shipments to Hong Kong and Macau are handled via SF Express.
Other regions are shipped via EMS (postal service) or consolidated shipping.
Orders are processed only after checkout is completed.
